Cerveja Letra - sustainable goal

We were invited by Greenfest's organization to present the Letra project and show how we try to be more sustainable. We spoke about the partnerships we have with AESAcademy to reuse the drêche, how we use biomass to heat the manufacturing water, the use of thermal energy with cooling. The incentive to agriculture through the use of fruits from local producers. Local partnerships to create value in the production of cheese and gin using hops and with leading producers in the Vinho Verde region (Adega Ponte da Barca and Anselmo Mendes wines).
