This beer fits into the Minho Perspectives collection where the labels allude to detailed perspectives in a photographic record of our Minho region. The theme around the photograph of the label is Lenço dos Namorados and its history dates back to the 17th – 18th centuries when ladies embroidered it with the aim of winning over their boyfriend. After being embroidered, the handkerchief was given to the prospective boyfriend and depending on his attitude, whether to use it publicly or not, the courtship was decided.
